As you see any
potholes on City streets, please report them via
e-mail or by calling the
City
Wide Communications Center at 591-6000.

Here is the
information we need when you submit a pothole
repair request:

Exact
location, address (i.e.; street name, street
number, northwest corner, 5000 block, etc.)
The more precise the location, the better.

Approximate
size of pothole; (i.e.; 2’ diameter x 3”
deep).

Number of
potholes (i.e.; how many and how close
together?).
-
Placement
of pothole on the street (i.e.; in curb
lane, in middle of street, at gutter, etc.).
-
Hazardous
or dangerous potholes requiring IMMEDIATE
attention should continue to be reported to
our
City
Wide Communications Center at 591-6000
